In the course of the 1960s, Jürgen Brodwolf discovers new materials and begins to enrich his "tube figures" with collected found objects. Thus, in this section of his work, he repeatedly expands his figures into figure scenes that communicate with each other, often embedding them in stage-like contexts. One of his main artistic concerns is the definition of the figure in space, which is fed by his penchant for scenic arranging, a design element to which he returns again and again.
